All that’s needed is a desire to learn and the drive to do it.Good attendance and punctuality are essential for successOn occasion overnight travel may be required with hotels and per diem paid for by the companyAll candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders, working on residential rooftops in hot, cold, and inclement weather.
