Applicants must have experience in releveling manufactured and mobile homes. Requirements and duties: Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license. Must have working smart phone to use on job for required job duties Must have good communication skills Must have customer service experience Must be flexible with schedule – willing to work weekends when needed. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 75lbs Cannot be claustrophobic Must be able to pass a drug test upon being hired and agree to random drug testing Must be able to pay attention to detail Must have reliable transportation This job requires close contact with customers. You must be able to communicate respectfully and clearly to the customers you are working for. You will be working on people’s homes and must complete all the work safely and efficiently.
