We are very well established North Phoenix based company, seeking to hire skilled Concrete polishing technicians, who have experience and knowledge of the concrete polishing process. We specialize in polish concrete, but also handle most decorative applications. We are looking for skilled techs to foremen caliber workers, We would consider training the right candidates that demonstrate the willingness to learn a trade and have a good head on their shoulders. We firmly believe that you determine your own future here and your work ethic determines how far you take this opportunity. Requirements: - Detailed Oriented - Organized - Have a valid driver’s license - Pass random drug testing - Must be a self-starter and efficient in all duties. - Team-Oriented - Able to be a team player and to interact clearly and positively - Travel out of state from time to time - MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Our start times vary depending on jobs and locations. - We do work on military bases, so a clean record is helpful. • Pay is dependent on experience, skill, and work ethic.  Out of town travel comes with a tax free daily per diem. • We do offer medical plans and PTO after 90 days • 401k matching after 1 year We have immediate openings, so If you fulfill these requirements, please send me an email with your experience/background.
