We are looking to fill a few new positions at our company. We are looking for a full-time Supervisor/Forman, a Remodeler, for our local Property Maintenance Company. Our company services a local area which is Trumbull and Mahoning Counties. Looking for a self-motivated SUPERVISOR/FORMAN/REMODELER to run the daily operations of our company. We desire this person to be able to manage the crews and to be able to preform all types of work from light construction, remodeling, maintenance of homes and apartments, flooring, electrical, plumbing, installing windows, installing doors. Would like someone organized, detailed oriented, safety minded, honest and wanting to work with our company. Individual must have valid drivers license, clean driving record, pass drug test.
