Need plant removed from yard

I need this thing removed from my yard. I need it removed enough so that the ground is flat over top of it. I cut it that far with a chainsaw, but it's very tough at the bottom. I don't think you can dig it out; it might require a stump grinder or something. Please email to arrange.
