We are hiring for our project at Long Beach Airport. The work is general and does not require any specific skills, except ability to do some manual work including but not limited to moving baggage from one location to another. Physical dexterity and ability to work an eight-hour shift is desired. Security guards and warehouse workers can also apply, and a guard card is not mandatory or required. Ability to work as a team, good inter-relationship with co-workers and ability to obey and implement instructions are also qualifying factors. The job will be at Long Beach Airport, so ability to get to work on time is a must and we will not consider applicants with long commutes unless they have personal transportation and can guarantee that they will be punctual. Ability to pass a background check IS A MUST! As the job is inside secure areas of the airport and will require one to pass an FBI background check and clearance to get a government security ID to work inside secure areas of a public airport.
