Employment Type: Full Time, Hourly, with option for Salary after 1 year employment. Location: This position requires driving to various client locations and overnight travel when assigned. Overnight travel can be as little as 2-3 days and as long as 3 -4 weeks depending on the client. Compensation: Pay range is commensurate with experience and skills, both for installation and organization. A 90-day trial period is mandatory, after which full employment is offered to successful candidates. Mileage reimbursement, phone allowance or tablet provided, travel expenses covered when applicable. Comments: Strong possibility of advancement as company growth continues, based on job performance and adherence to company policies and processes. Bonus options for well qualified candidates who consistently meet and beat project completion goals. Please Reply With • Resume • Salary History • Salary Requirements Responsibilities • Provide troubleshooting assistance to the customer service team for hardware related issues • Install/ Remove Hardware into fleet vehicles/ heavy equipment/ trailer • May oversee installation projects • Meet client scheduling expectations • Maintain clean/ safe work environment • Resolve customer issues at customer sites • Communicate installation status and troubleshooting results with management Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience in automotive hardware installation, GPS or other related fields • 1+ years experience in 12 Volt • Ability to work well in teams • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Valid drivers' license • High School diploma; some technical training is a plus
