Use my private creative space on the beach to produce & record your next hit. I am opening up my private creative space in long beach to local creatives in the area that need a place to create. The space is located on Ocean Blvd with great views of the beach and city to get those creative juices flowing. The space can be reserved for 2hr or 4hr blocks. 2hr blocks are $100 + Mandatory engineer fee of $50 4hr blocks are $200 + Mandatory engineer fee of $50 Mixing of the session is included in the fee. There is no separate mixing price. Engineer fee is paid at the time of booking to reserve the space & engineer. Larger blocks are available upon request. For a limited time, we are offering FREE recording blocks to our clients to encourage creativity. That's right I said FREE. Right now if you reserve a 2hr or 4hr block you may reserve another block of equivalent time absolutely free. Buy one block get another free but the mandatory engineer fee will still apply.
