Founded in 1976: We are a small, fun, family run business - looking to expand. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Presentable, professional, hardworking, dependable, great attitude, and good with people. Must be able to communicate in English and have own transport to Kirkland. 2. Minimum of 2 years of general construction experience - willingness to learn and take on responsibility: This is a great long-term opportunity for someone with ambition. 3. Must pass background check and have valid and clean driving license (CDL is NOT required). Sport Court is a drug free company. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must learn from current construction manager how to assess sites and build projects accordingly. Including the following: • Shooting grades. • Framing courts and assisting with concrete pours. • Installation of sports surfacing and painting of playing lines. • Installation of equipment e.g. basketball hoops, lights, batting cages, fencing etc. • General labor e.g. loading/moving materials. • Service work e.g. court cleaning and equipment repairs. 2. This is a hands-on role: Successful applicant will work in the field every day (normally outdoors). Employee must be able to routinely lift 70+ lbs and use equipment/power tools. 3. As role grows: Employee must be able to manage workers and subcontractors and communicate with clients. HOURS: Full time, year-round, Typically Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm (hours may vary).
