WE ARE HIRING AND LOOKING FOR YOU!!! Position paid up to $52k and can include housing. Indigo Real Estate Services has an opening for a FT Maintenance Supervisor at our senior community in Kennewick. Join our team of professionals with great training and benefits. We are a Seattle based company with local leadership and a great team. Your new schedule will Monday-Friday plus on call emergency response. Our Maintenance team members are an integral part of our team and are responsible for responding to maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns including painting, diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc., and ensure that our residents are responded to professionally and promptly. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all. Requirements for this position include a great attitude, desire to learn and a minimum of one year work experience. Requirements also include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. Physical aspects of the job are heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying. Position requires weekend and holiday work.
