$13 per hour + tips + commission + bonus We are located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We provide cleaning services for the entire Northwest Arkansas area. We are looking for dependable, hard-working, and motivated employees who want to grow with our company. Responsibilities: Provide assistance to the carpet cleaning technician including set up the cleaning hoses, tools, chemicals, etc. Provide quality carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning and related services to customers. Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicles. Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the home for cleaning. Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, chemicals, etc. to the company vehicle before departure from the customer’s home. Uphold all company policies and procedures. * Work starts at 8:00am weekdays. Ending times may vary. Must be available to work full days. Occasional weekend work. * Raises and advancement opportunity * Paid training * Must pass drug screen and background check. * Must be 18+ years old. * Travel in a company provided vehicle to appointments. * Weekly pay periods. * Paid holidays and vacation time after one year. * No health insurance provided at this time. * Dress code to be discussed. * No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use during work hours. * No cell phone use (unless emergency) at customer's home or business. * The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. * We are an equal opportunity employer.
