WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO PROVIDE: - Music library - Wireless handheld mic - 2 PA speakers - 2 lighting effects for the dance floor - DJ controller/mixer - Schedule a call before the wedding to go over your role in their wedding (songs, name pronunciations, timeline, etc) Event Date: 5/3/2022 Setup/Start/End Time: 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM / 10:00 PM Event Type: Wedding Reception Requested Attire: Any Number of Guests: 50 Guest Age Range: 30s Fluent DJ Language(s): English Music Style: Wide variety, discuss with the client Event Description: The client is doing a site walk-through again, it's been about 1.5 years since they booked the place during their original walk-through. The ceremony however is approx 140 feet away from where the DJ would set up in the reception area. Currently, they only have the DJ booked for just the reception area from 5pm - 10pm. If they decide to have the DJ for their ceremony, they would want you to start at 4 PM instead. You also would need to set up in the ceremony area, then move your equipment after to the reception area. If they decide to add this, the pay will increase by an additional $50 for the added hour and another $50 for having to move your equipment to a 2nd area. Event Locations MOUNTAIN SHADOWS RETREAT 24260 Mosquito Ridge Rd Foresthill, CA It's an Air BnB. Insurance not required. Outside. DJ on deck, uncovered. They can provide a popup canopy if needed. Power available nearby. PAYOUT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: - Client will pay you directly in cash upon arrival or with a check 10 days before. If you are able to accept credit or debit cards, you can offer that as payment method. Here is the payout total if they only need you for the reception. * $250 for DJ, music, and sound equipment * $25 for wireless mic * $50 for lighting effects * $30 for travel to Foresthill, CA TOTAL: $355 IF CEREMONY IS ADDED, PAY INCREASES AS FOLLOWS * $50 to start one hour earlier * $50 to reset the equipment from the ceremony to the reception areas.
