Pruning Crew Leader Position Job Description: - Pruning Crew Leader Position type: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with variable hours, beginning at 7:00am to finish, of course weather permitting. Occasional weekends needed and work over 40 hours as needed. We are looking to hire and experienced Pruning Crew Leader that is self-motivated, hard-working, honest, and dependable. Professional experience must include a minimum of 2-3 years Professional Pruning. Education and training is a must for the success of our team. YOU MUST HAVE A • Have a strong interest and broad knowledge in Landscaping. We offer the following services: Lawn maintenance, Landscape Design & Installation of Turf and plants. We offer installation of Hardscapes which include; Paver & Retaining walls.We offer drainage solutions to all our clients and are certified in Retention pond structure inspection, building and maintenance. • Applicant must be able to use basic landscape equipment like string trimmers, stick edger, hedge trimmer, and leaf blowers. • Be able to perform hard physical labor in hot temperatures. Applicant must be physically able to work 8-10 hour days in summer heat. • Legal NC driver’s license(Positions will require early am start (7AM) you must have your own transportation and driver’s license.) • Be able to pass a drug test as we administer random drug testing • Required education: High School or GED • Job Type : Full Time • Salary : $16.00 to $19.00 • Payroll is Weekly • Benefits Package : After 90 days Job Type: Full-time
