compensation: Based on Experience employment type: full-time job title: Turf Technican/ Irrigation Technican Landscaping Company in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Turf Treatment/Spray Technician. We are a locally owned and managed company looking for a reliable and experienced Spray Tech to join our team. A Spray Technician is responsible for properly and safely applying herbicides, fungicides and insecticides to lawns, trees and shrubs. Irrigation Tech would replace broken sprinkler heads. Turn on and off irrigation units. Etc. Position Overview: See Below At least 2 years experience as a Spray Technician required Provide services to commercial and HOA properties Must be capable of properly mixing all products that are used exactly to the label’s instructions Ability to work independently and efficiently Utilize ride on Z-Sprayer- spreader 90% of the time with minimal reel applications Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work in all weather conditions Must be able to correctly identify area weeds Diagnose and resolve pest and disease problems Utilize our scheduling program and document applications Assist in the making of treatment schedules Apply all products according to NC state guidelines Perform all work to the highest safety standards Engage with customers to ensure work is completed to the standard promised NC Pesticide License is a plus!
