Looking to pay cash for day labor 6hrs a day for $100 9am-3pm. No skills needed. If you want to learn more about real estate business and learn how to make an income from it this is your chance of working along the side of the owner/investor/contractor that can give your the gold nuggets to get you off the ground. If you just want some money for beer and pot but you show up on time for 6 hours that's fine too. I really don't care as long as you do what I ask. Not looking for contractors. If you are a master carpenter or did framing for at least 10 years don't be shy to say hello and ask what you want for a day rate for 8hrs - I will assist you. However, this post is just for a helper doing random labor / assist me as needed. You WILL need to sign a W-9 BEFORE you even start. If you can't do this - No work - No pay. I'm a legitimate small business. If you make less than $20k you don't pay taxes. I can offer 30 days of work as needed with projects with potential for a bonus if you stick with me the entire time needed. Assisting me with: demolition/trash putting into dumpster Framing, Roof, Siding, Windows, Plumbing, Electrical, Insulation, Drywall, Painting, Trim, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Deck, Fence, Landscaping, whatever is needed help with weekly.
