This is shaggy. He’s about 10 months old and is super sweet. I have to rehome him because I cannot afford vet care for him. He has started having seizures and all the vets I called said testing starts around $1000. There is a rehoming fee to ensure a good home. I am able to meet up to an hour from my location.
