Handyman needed for local landlord. Please only respond if you are proficient at anything that may come up in home maintenance (love the painting profession, but my handyman does my painting). We do apartment turnovers, minor plumbing and electrical, door and countertop replacement, windows, landscaping, etc. Please respond with credentials and experience, as well as desired hourly wage. Hours available range from a few weekly to 4-6 weeks of full-time (apartment turnovers). This is a 1099 position. Respondent MUST have transportation, some tools, be drama free and substance free.
