Do you have experience in community association maintenance? Do you enjoy working with homeowners and vendors daily? If so, we're interested in chatting with you. Harmony Management Group (www.harmonymanagement.biz) is seeking a maintenance person that performs light maintenance tasks & cleanup of the community, interacts with residents, and communicates problems and work orders with the community general contractor. The maintenance person also gives access to secure building areas for vendors and residents. In addition, this position provides: - Administrative support to assist in completing tasks - Paid Vacations & Holidays - Flexible schedule: Generally M-F 8-5 - Pay: $18-$22 Per Hour Depends on Experience EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Colorado driver’s license and insurance required. Must have reliable transportation to travel to Home Depot for picking up maintenance repair items. This property has 430 units. A few examples of daily tasks to be performed by maintenance staff. 1. Work closely with vendors and residents. Inspect for any personal items that have been stored or left in the hallway. Notes should be posted to doors. 2. Repair or maintenance issues that arise, such as sprinkler head malfunctions, sprinkler pipe breaks, railing or entrance door issues, vegetation and landscape issues, ice melt buckets and application, snow shoveling, etc. 3. When there are large items at the dumpster areas these need to be cut and/or broken up and tossed into the dumpsters. If there are items such as refrigerators or T.V.s then they need to be stored behind the shop and disposed of properly later on. 4. Address any scheduled water shut-offs, roof access requests, etc. that have been scheduled by management, and any other scheduled events that need your attention.
