Job description We are looking for a Utility Worker to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties at our premises. As a utility worker, you will be responsible for preventative cleaning of industrial machines, repairing of maintenance tools, performing basic landscaping duties, and inspecting utility projects all while maintaining a safe work environment. Utility Worker Responsibilities: Cleaning of industrial machines such as ironers, feeders and folders Cleaning assigned work areas inside and outside of the property. Performing basic landscaping duties Maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment. Conducting basic repairs on landscaping and maintenance equipment. Ensuring that utility projects have been completed and signed off. The right candidate must meet the following requirements: Reliable and responsible in their attendance Be a self starter Takes initiative Able to read and write basic English Able to read and interpret written work orders Have knowledge of small hand tools Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques. Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. Shifts available:  AM or PM MUST be available to work weekends If interested, please apply at:
