Whirlwind Fine Garden Design, Website: whirlwindgardendesign.com We are looking to add several employees to our crew. Positions include both crew leaders and laborers. This company specializes in residential landscape construction including building lots of walkways, steps and patios. We also install a lot of plantings, such as trees, shrubs and perennials. We install lawns, and we do basic garden maintenance such as weeding, pruning and mulching. We also mow lawns. There are 3 different positions we are looking to fill. The first is a Hardscaping job. This candidate will be required to build walkways, wall and steps out of natural stones like Goshen or Bluestone, and also using premade concrete products. The second job is Landscape Laborer. This person should have a minimum of 2 years experience working for a professional landscape company. This person will assist in the construction of the plantings and hardscape types mentioned above. This is physical work and requires digging holes and pushing heavy wheelbarrows. The third position is Mowing Assistant. This person will assist our head mowing foreman to take care of residential lawns. Valid Drivers license is required, and a reliable car of your own is needed. We are not on a bus route. Pay is based on experience and will increase the longer you stay with us, Experience is preferred. Must be able to work on your own if needed, show up on time, and take directions well.
