Here are the details regarding positions available: KITCHEN STAFF Prep Cook / Line Cook / Pizza Area Cook / Pizza Area Prep & Cashier • Prepare, Portion, Cook, and Store Food within the Health & Safety Standards. • Ensure all food is presented for service in a timely manner. • Maintain a clean and organized work space and equipment. • Clean/sanitize all cooking equipment and appliances throughout your shift. • Other duties as assigned KITCHEN SUPPORT Dishwashers / Bussers / Expediters / Barbacks • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them on racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. • Help maintain and clean all service areas – Tables, Chairs, Floors, Equipment, Garbage, etc. • Support Kitchen Staff and Front of House staff as needed. • Other duties as assigned.
