“On Saturday, April 23rd, Women of Faith will hold its Annual Salad Luncheon. This year it will be a Take-Out–Drive-Thru event and the meal will need to be pre-ordered by April 16. The cost is $10 for a choice of 4 salads and dessert. There will be 6 salads from which to choose: 1. Chicken Salad 2. Thai Carrot Salad 3. Acini de Pepe salad – (this is more of a dessert salad) 4. Tequilaberry Salad – this is the broccoli/cauliflower salad served with the lasagna dinner. 5. Potato Salad 6. Strawberry-Spinach Salad Dessert of 3 Meringue cookies will be included. Orders need to be placed with Mary Tholkes no later than Saturday, April 16, by phone . The funds raised, staying locally, are given to help support SACA, Meals-on-Wheels, Every Meal, among others.
