Lead Concrete Coatings Installer We are looking for a Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our team. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our family-owned business team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, not afraid to get dirty and is comfortable operating typical construction tools such as hand grinders, walk behind diamond grinders and commercial vacuums. You will interact with general contractors, building owners, and their employees and must be able to communicate well with people. Activities, Responsibilities, & Specific Duties: • Experience with Resinous/Epoxy floor coatings, and polished concrete equipment. • Must be able to install integral cove base. • Experience in Urethane and mortar systems. • Documentation for each project; pictures, tracking reports, completion forms, etc. • Maintain tools and equipment on all sites. • Experience with: Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs. Position requirements: • Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety. • Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb. • Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Must be customer service oriented • Willing to travel and work weekends if needed. • Must have a valid driver’s license • Upon hire, all candidates will be required to complete OSHA 30 and Respirator Fit Training.
