Need 2 strong movers for 3/30 - $30/hr plus tip

I am seeking two movers to help me load a uhaul on the morning on 3/30 in the capitol hill neighborhood. I will have a uhaul and a dolly and there is a ramp. I have a very heavy dresser, a king-size bed that comes apart into two twins, and some other large items. Previous movers have damaged my items and stolen some of my stuff. So I am no longer interested in using professional moving services. I will be here moving things with you and cleaning. This will be a load-only job as I am moving out of the county. Tips based on performance.
