Looking for an event season sous chef (May-October). Queer, non-binary, femme, BIPOC to the front. My small catering company has a number of weddings & events in Humboldt county and the surrounding areas. This position is for someone with at least 2+ years culinary experience in either high volume high end restaurants or high volume fine dining catering. Preferred if you have experience working with local produce/farmers and enjoy traveling for work. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel overnight for work. Pay is DOE and availability $17-$24.
