What it takes to be a Machine Operator at Pace Industries: You must have good attendance. Our Machine Operators are important to our operations and we need you here on your scheduled days! We look to hire individuals that embody our core values: Accountability, Compassion, Excellence, Fairness, & integrity. A great attitude is a must! You will be active by standing, lifting and moving around and working in hot temperatures. Industrial Athletes are encouraged to apply! Must show attention to instructions and details to make a quality part. Mechanical aptitude and previous industrial experience in operating equipment is important! (hydraulic press, die cast machines, CNC) Must work quickly and efficiently to make production rates to get parts to our customers on time. Safety is a 24/7 commitment at Pace. Work Schedule: A Shift: Monday - Thursday: 6am-4pm B Shift: Monday - Thursday: 8pm-6am C Shift: Friday-Sunday: 6am-6pm D Shift: Friday-Sunday: 6pm-6am OT required based off business needs Wages: $15.50 hr. + shift premium B Shift Premium: $1.25 C Shift Premium: $1.75 D Shift Premium: $2.50 Earn up to $22.75 with monthly and annual incentives Monthly bonus program ($500 Stay Bonus and $2000 Referral Incentive) Benefits: Vacation pay, 11 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term and long-term disability, life insurance, and health savings account that Pace helps fund.
