Natural Creations lawn & landscape company seeking motivated, experienced crew leaders and team members for 2022. Full time (year round positions available if it snows). Paid vacation and 401k is available to dedicated team members! We are a growing, stable residential maintenance company with dedicated customers and a great team. Job Requirements: Crew Members: Experience is preferred but NOT REQUIRED. Reliable transportation to and from work. Flexibility to work daylight hours Monday-Friday 8:30am to DONE. Saturday are required sometimes. Crew Leader: Minimum 1 years landscape maintenance experience as crew member (mulching/edging, bush trimming, or mowing), Experience driving truck and trailer safely. Insurable driving record and reliable transportation. Positive attitude, not afraid of using a push mower if needed and quality come first not last. We have other positions available that are non drivers. Payroll check is every week. If listed we are still looking We do have salary or 1099 options. We do gave a bonus on certain jobs.
