Why You’re Important As a key member of HomeGuard’s service department, you will be expected to communicate effective solutions that fit the client’s needs. Your ability to investigate and create proposals on time and on budget will directly result in the growth of Homeguard. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for diagnosing leaks, creating photo inspection reports and creating repair and maintenance solutions. You will also assist in determining scope of work and estimates for projects, while upholding the highest standard of quality while performing assigned repairs. Required Skills You Need to Possess to Be Successful as a Senior Roof Technician: 3+ years of experience with flat and steep slope roofing systems (TDO, EPDM, Mod-Bit, Asphalt Shingles etc…) Excellent Communication Skills Ability to Perform Roof Repairs Desire to Grow Desirable Skills: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Coaching/Mentoring Experience Knowledge of Additional Trades What Benefits Can You Expect?
