You will be the key investigator & solution creator for distressed properties. Why You’re Important As a key member of HomeGuard’s Service Department, you will be expected to assist our team in production of repairs and maintenance solutions. Your ability to work with senior technicians to investigate problems, create proposals and produce solutions on time and on budget will directly result in the growth of Homeguard. As the Apprentice, you will be the next man up for Senior Technician openings. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Technicians with any production needs they assign. You are expected to learn as much as possible about exterior construction, so that you can one day be a mentor. You will also assist in determining scope of work and estimates for projects, while upholding the highest standard of quality while performing assigned repairs.
