Looking to rehome our 1-year old dog

We are looking to rehome our 1-year old dog, Louie. He is a very sweet, energetic mixed breed, and is good with other dogs and our teenage children. The main reason we are looking for the right home for him is that we simply do not have enough time in our busy lives to give him the walks and playtime he needs. Louie is in need of a large fenced-in area to roam, and the right person or family to take him on walks and play with him. We have done some training with him and he knows the basic commands. He is really a great dog and we want the best for him.
