Seeking a full time and flexible Maintenance technician. Please see description below. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Responsible for "first line" response to breakdowns and repair of production equipment after stoppage occurs. • Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair retails as directed. • Ability to provide rapid response to emergency breakdowns on assembly line. • Experience and knowledge of troubleshooting PLC's • Ability to quickly analyze and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment. • Ability to safely work in a highly automated environment. • Ability to help train others on necessary skills to perform repairs. • Ability to quickly analyze and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on equipment. • Ability to demonstrate sound methodology in providing long-term resolution to equipment failures. • Work from mechanical and/or electrical schematic, sketches manuals, specifications, and written and oral instructions. • Ability to communicate and work well with others. • Advanced understanding of general maintenance and mechanical procedures and techniques. • In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems • Prepare and set up equipment for production after repair. Physical Requirements of these positions include: The following physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the key actions of job: • The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Electrical Mechanical Technician Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery equipment located throughout the plant and ensure optimal functionality through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance service. Responsibilities and Requirements: Three years minimum work experience in an industrial setting • Electrical knowledge 480V system and below • Hydraulic/Pneumatic troubleshooting • Two - four year technical degree in electronics, mechanical or HVAC preferred • Maintain and repair production and facility equipment. • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic prints. • Run energy sources such as air, hydraulic and electrical, as necessary. • Perform PM procedures on production and facility equipment and implementation. • Operate mills, lathes, welders, and other equipment to perform repairs. • Utilize emaint software program to order parts and equipment for repairs and equipment PM's. • Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel. • Safely perform physical demands as indicated below. • Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel. Must be flexible and able to work any shift sometimes at short notice. Shift:6am-5pm.
