Looking for someone who is extremely dedicated, loyal, trustworthy, is OCD for keeping a clean and organized house and who also loves dogs. Will clean and manage all aspects of a large residence and watching over 2 dogs. There are no kids. Will be responsible to keep things running smoothly in the owner's home. Duties include grocery shopping, laundry, running errands, house cleaning, and making appointments for the owner and dogs. Will cook on occasion and watch over the property and dogs while the owner is traveling. Communicating with the owners' work assistant to coordinate schedules and planning appointments. Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors vacuum clean carpets, rugs dust and polish furniture and fittings clean metal fixtures and fittings empty and clean trash containers dispose of trash in a sanitary manner clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers wipe down glass surfaces make up beds and change linens as required tidy up rooms wash windows as scheduled sort, wash, load, unload laundry iron and press clothing and linen sort, fold and put away clean laundry monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements In addition to the above some of the following duties: check and purchase groceries and household supplies plan and cook some meals care for household pets polish silverware wash dishes and clean kitchen according to agreed hygiene standards clean appliances run errands Must have the following competencies: attention to detail reliability listening skills adaptability planning and organizing integrity honesty high energy level
