Description

Employee is responsible for routine cleaning and general maintenance projects. Employee maintains both the interior common areas and exterior areas, including the parking garage, tennis courts, and pool. Employee reports any problems and deficiencies to their supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned Informs supervisor of needed supplies Uses required equipment properly and follows safety procedures Removes trash and recyclables Completes work orders and assignments in a complete and timely manner Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition Maintains a friendly and professional attitude, offering assistance when appropriate Special Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs following appropriate safety procedures Climb ladders and work at heights above ground level Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner
