We have an immediate opening for a Make Ready maintenance tech for a 384-Unit Apartment community in Euless, Texas. Qualified applicants must be knowledgeable and experienced with Apartment maintenance or have previous experience in a related field. Requirements for the position include: * 2+ years Apartment Make Ready experience; * Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliance repair experience; * Painting and Drywall experience; * HVAC experience a plus; * Quality tools required. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Company provides Paid Time Off (Vacation and Holidays), Health Insurance and Direct Deposit.
