The Rogue Valley Manor is looking for an Evening Coordinator to provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the Rogue Valley Manor. The Evening Coordinator oversees and provides labor for set-ups for events in all common areas of the Rogue Valley Manor. This position also provides tech services for evening events. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday ; 1:00pm - 9:30pm How You'll Do It: Conducts daily stand up informational sharing with staff. Routine and special cleaning of all Common areas in the main Manor building, Health Center, Terrace building, Memory Support Center and Skyline Plaza. Responsible for Golf Course and Annex building cleaning. Ensuring and evaluating the cleaning of offices, restrooms and their fixtures, and windows. Provides supervision and assistance as directed by Environmental Services Manager. Use Maintenance Connection system to send and receive assigned work orders. Provides labor and Supervision in the set-up of resident and outside events in the various meeting rooms throughout the campus. Assists in training of Custodians. Supervise 11-16 custodians covering all shifts. Conducts inspections for quality control. Leads Custodial staff for special projects. AV Support for Auditorium. About You: Housekeeping, custodial, and cleaning experience. Ability to supervise and train employees. Ability to organize and schedule routines and special projects so they are completed in a timely manner. Skills in operating and maintaining Custodial equipment and tools. Knowledge of solutions, chemicals and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand label instructions. Ability to fill out forms and keep accurate records. Must possess a valid Oregon driver's license, and be insurable under the Manor's insurance carrier. Benefits: Career-centered opportunity for advancement.
