Concrete Laborer/Foreman

Grimm Concrete is looking to hire a full time employee who wants to grow with the company for years to come. Assist in the following duties: *Prepare truck for the following days job *Tear out concrete and digging dirt for site prep *Setting up forms, pounding stakes and nailing boards, reading levels for fall *Pouring concrete - which includes pouring, puddling, pulling screed, running a bull float, edging, and finishing *Clean up job site - pulling boards and back filling so home owners have a complete finished product *Must have general knowledge of concrete tools and hand tools in the trade *Average 40 hours with overtime paid over 40 hours/week *Running wheel barrows Qualified applicants must have: *Reliable transportation to and from job site each day *Valid Drivers License *Past experience is a plus but not needed *Ability to learn *Great customer service skills as we work directly with home owners *Ability to lift 50+ lbs *Ability to work in the heat, wind, rain *Ability to work hard days Applicant must be drug free.
