All Star Labor and Staffing is currently looking to fill several full time temp-to-hire positions for a telemarketing/advertising company located in the Beaverton area. These positions do not require experience as well as a background check or drug screening. They are specifically looking for reliable, upbeat, friendly, hard working candidates. Schedule: 8:15am-4:30pm Monday through Friday Payrate: Everyone starts off at $15/hr. Increasing to $17/hr after the first week. Paydays are weekly but you do have to work a week to get paid a week so your first week you will work and the following Friday you will get paid. As you continue to work you get paid every Friday. Positions also pay out commission based off how many sales you make. 1 sale=$25 2 sales=$75 3 sales=$150 4 sales= $250 5 sales= $350 6 sales=$450 Job Description: These positions do require to call and sell ads that are guaranteed to be seen over 5000 times a month but only by people who are in that market. Now the ad follows these clients almost anywhere they go online. This includes any website they go to, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The service is very affordable. They supply you with everything you need here. We have a script that all you must do is read and add your own personality to, to be successful. Any question or objection a client has we have a answer for. For Example, :(Not interested, need to talk to my partner, I need a call back, i don’t have money etc.…) anything they say we have a response for. We also supply you with leads (they are heavily vetted and constantly updated) and you always reach a realtor. Once the call is over the next lead pops up on your screen. We call realtors nationwide and you never will have to look up your own leads. You also will have a manager/coach who has made sales calls for over 2 years and has managed for 4 years so he has done it all. He is always there to coach and help you. He can tell you what to say in calls to help you make sales (it's like having an earpiece in and someone is giving you all the answers).
