Part-time band looking for versatile guitarist. Mix of upbeat R&B, funk, soul, reggae, and limited rock/pop tunes with fun grooves or danceable beats. Full band with talented vocalists, bassist, drummer, keys, and sax. Mostly classic covers that we put our stamp on. Plenty of solos and some group jams. Aretha, Van the man, Gaye, Winehouse, Wonder, Allmans, Dead, full bands like Cocker and Tedeschi Trucks. Members have full time jobs and span mid-30s to upper 50s. Goals are to have fun, rehearse every month, and play out once a month around the near north burbs and northside of city when things are back to normal. Have rehearsal space. Responsibility and commitment needed.
