Gerberian Shepsky Puppy looking for new home

Gerberian Shepsky born Jan. 28th (7 weeks old). He has one greenish/gray(right eye) and a ice blue left eye. He has white paws and patches patches on his underbelly. He's currently in training with puppy pads and leash however he requires A LOT of attention. I was originally registering him as service animals but I'm unable to move forward due to financial/ work issues. The standard pet fee at my complex is outrageous and I can't keep him. Asking $120 to get some of my money back. ATTENTION: The girl was SOLD and I'm trying to rehome him before 8 weeks(his 1st shots will be due and I want to make sure he is taken care of) I changed the price 3x because I didn't know selling a puppy would be so difficult when each offer is a lowball. DO NOT TEXT ME IF you're not serious. I'm not driving all around Atl to deliver. I will charge gas. You can meet me in Douglasville, GA if you want to pick him up for $120. He has food/snacks, toys, lease and comfy bed..He's doing well with his pads too.
