Looking for a skilled handyman for a local small business and property management company. We run motels and rental units around Hampton Beach. Main business is open from April-October, potential for year-round work/odd jobs as well. $20-25/hr based on experience. 40 hrs/week. Must have experience. Main duties include but are not limited to fixing company equipment/appliances or tools and testing various company or home appliances to ensure they work properly, repairing plumbing systems, painting and drywall repair.
