Benefits, paid time off, bonus programs Applicants will be; -punctual -hard working -reliable -able to lift 50 lbs -willing to learn/take direction -experience in Landscape or landscape maintenance (willing to train) -own transportation to shop near Middleton/Caldwell area **LANDSCAPE FOREMAN** (must have 5 plus years Landscape Foreman exp. landscape construction/Irrigation experience. Able to run crew/track crew times. Able to operate skid, hot saws, transit levels, trenches, knowledge in planting, drainage, hard scapes, grading, water features, irrigation install/repairs. Must have valid drivers liscence. Pay up to $55,000/ year DOE **Maintenance** Labor/Horticulturist (no mowing) Must be able to work in all weather conditions at a quick pace. Valid drivers liscence. Experience in Landscape Maintenance. Tasks include pruning, weeding, blowing, small plantings. Higher pay for experience in pruning, irrigation, landscape experience, Knowledge of power equipment, minor irrigation adjustments, plant care. Valid drivers liscence. Up to $42,000/ year DOE **General Labor** Fast paced, willing to take direction/learn, able to work all weather conditions. Able to lift 50 lbs. Great attitude. Higher pay for experience starting pay $16/ hour + DOE
