You will be the key investigator & solution creator for distressed properties. Why You’re Important As a key member of the HomeGuard Production Department, you will be expected to communicate effective solutions that fit the client’s needs. Your ability to investigate and create proposals on time and produce projects on budget will directly result in the growth of HomeGuard. What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for interpreting RFPs, creating detailed photo inspection reports and providing replacement solutions. You will determine the scope of work and prepare all estimates for projects. It will be your responsibility to organize, schedule and manage a team to produce the scope of work while upholding the highest standard of quality. Required Skills You Need to Possess to Be Successful as a Senior Roof Technician: Negotiation 2+ Years of Exterior Construction Estimating 2+ Years of Project Management Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Thirst for Growth Desirable Skills: Mentoring/Coaching Qualified Party Status for Licenses Connections with Quality Subcontractors Bilingual (English & Spanish) What Benefits Can You Expect?
