We are a property management company with properties throughout South Philadelphia area The office base is on Snyder Ave. We are in need of an experienced, organized individual available for year round work. YOU MUST BE SKILLED IN MAINTENANCE IF YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR THIS JOB. This craftsman will be able to handle an array of tasks :: 3+ years in carpentry finish work including but not limited to trim, doors, cabinets, tiling, spackle, paint touch-ups and caulking/sealing Creating punch-lists Gathering necessary materials to accomplish a job correctly and efficiently Strong attention to detail Works well independently or with a team Ability to paint, drywall and spackle :: Repairs, finishing, plaster Repair and replace doors, windows, trim, counters, and cabinets. MUSTS Have an eye for detail Professionalism with the office, tenants and other workers Basic know how of computers and email to get acquainted with the property management software as it relates to work orders Valid Driver's License Auto Insurance Reliable Vehicle Pay can be negotiated upon experience Principals only.
