State Homes Property Solutions Inc. is seeking contractors who are experienced in preservation work to maintain and inspect vacant, bank-owned (foreclosed) properties in UPPER ALABAMA. We are looking forward to start working with new contractors throughout the US. We are one of the few companies that has the title General Contractor which is a reputation given for quality work and we provide our services to MCS, the biggest client in this business. Due to Covid-19, we had to let go of some of our loyal employees and lost coverage on a lot of areas. Good news is things are back to normal so there are tons of work which needs completion on these foreclosed properties. We believe in communication and all finished Work orders are covered through committed weekly payment. We take great care of our contractors and that's why we accomplish better than any preservation company out there.
