Houseman/Handyman In search of an outstanding houseman/handyman to support the maintenance of our client's 12,000 sq. ft. home. Our client has multiple residences across the USA and Europe. She travels often, but remains very involved in the management of her all of her homes. The candidate will often report directly to her. The responsibilities of the houseman are all inclusive. Expectations are for the following: Maintenance of the property including the exterior tidiness. Support of landscape maintenance. Basic household and appliance repair. Management of third party vendors. Support the housekeepers with the interior cleanliness when needed. The home is fully staffed, so this role will join the existing team. The principal is considering local candidates only at this time. $80,000 to $90,000 D/O/E Medical contribution. 2 Weeks Paid Vacation 1 Week Sick leave Details: Schedule: Monday through Friday.. Must pass a background check. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must live within a reasonable commute to Houston. Must have a minimum of three years of houseman or handyman experience.
