We're a small property management company that takes care of multiple commercial buildings in the BCS area. Looking for able bodied people to help in day to day maintenance tasks such as picking up trash, sweeping leaves, changing light bulbs and air filters, etc. Also, we periodically have light construction projects and sometimes work at a nearby ranch. Applicants should be physically fit and have reliable transportation. A pick-up truck is a plus but not required. No experience necessary, but a desire to learn is a must. The wage starts at $14/hr plus a mileage reimbursement for travel (for work related trips). Part time work is acceptable if employee is able to give at least 15 hours per week. We are looking to start this employee in mid-April, but we will begin accepting applications immediately. Please provide a resume.
