Job Description: Skilled Lead Carpenter/Project Manager We are seeking a high skill level lead carpenter/remodeler, who enjoys the details of carpentry, with a mix of job site project management duties for new and remodel projects. This role is directly supported by our office project manager and design team. This position will be responsible for meeting deadlines efficiently while professionally interacting with other trades and clients. You must have a valid driver's license, cell phone and tools. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to read plan sets Demo and rough framing Oversite of job site progress Coordinate and supervise onsite activities of subs and materials Troubleshooting Finish carpentry Understanding of best building practices and construction code Pay is negotiable based on level of experience and work history.
