We are a Durham Warehousing and Storage facility in the Downtown Durham area looking to hire a property maintenance worker. Must have your valid drivers license, and pass a drug test. Hours can be flexible. A list of duties that you would be responsible for: driving forklift, oil and fluid maintenance of forklift and trucks. Clean bathrooms, sweep warehouse floors. Lawn and landscaping, blowing and raking leaves. Must know how to use tools, saws-all, chain saw, weed-eaters etc. Run errands and pick up lumber and materials. Painting, cleaning, pressure washing. There will be a wide range of duties, and each day will be different. Please respond with a resume, if you have your own vehicle and license and past work experience.
