Now accepting resumes for full time and partime hands on maintenance person for a local self storage company in the Yorktown, VA area. Interested candidates must possess the following but not limited too:*General hands on cleaning abilities, ability to work in the elements, hot and cold conditions to do light repairs, i.e. replace latches, clean units, remove trash, replace light fixtures, light yard maintenance, etc. *Must have strong organizational skills, be able to multitask.*.Some light electrical experience a plus.*Able to use light/heavy equipment a plus.*Ability to be successful at completing goals and tasks in timely manner with little or no supervision.*Must have flexibility in scheduling, strong drive to succeed on any and all tasks.*Must have reliable transportation along with a good driving record.This local storage facility has been in operation for over 25 years has two offices with one satellite location within 1 mile of each other. This is the largest locally owned storage facility on the Peninsula, operating upwards of 2,500 storage units. Full time employment defined as 32 to 40 hours. Part time employment as defined as 15 to 30 hours weekly and may exceed these hours from time to time. The hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9-6, Saturdays 9-4, Sundays 11-4.
