We are in need of a Self Motivated and Driven individual that can work either days or nights. This position is flexible Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm or a night shift. We are in need of a Technician with Pressure Washing Experience. We are also in need of a Handy-man Technician's Our company pays for miles driven so don't worry about your gas - We also have a great company atmosphere. We do not micromanage - but we do have assigned work so you'll be your own. Requirements* Reliable Car Insurance on your car If you have your own tools consider yourself coming in a higher pay grade. If you don't have the tools but have the skills to do the job that's always good we have tools for you. Aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. Legal status to work. Our company provides maintenance to Shopping centers around the DFW metroplex. We spend most of our time handling little fixes around properties to big contract jobs. Consider us a universal remote control we do everything. For example - you might be scheduled to go change a light bulb as easy as it gets, painting a faded handrail.
